The regatta will be governed by the
Racing Rules of Sailing for 2013 – 2016, the prescriptions of US Sailing and
the IPCDA class rules (except as any are changed by the sailing instructions),
and the sailing instructions. Race committee will attempt to run at least 6
consecutive races. If 6 races are held,
a competitor’s worst score may be discarded.
