Penguin Fleet No. 1

A wonderful evening of sailing. Nice southerly breeze and beautiful sky (jets landing south) and no noise.

Thanks to the three of us who came out. Hopefully more of you will join us.

Frankly I may be prejudiced but what could be better on a weekday eveing than a cool breeze and a beautiful sky on the water and among friends?

Four races with Bob M. taking 2, Leo one and me one.  Windward leeward for three with a downwind finish and the last with an upwind finish.

Rabbit starts.

Leo sailed with Daschle (now in first grade-how time flies) and despite a long time off the water Leo is very competitive.

Let's see you next Thursday night.

IMPORTANT:

PRSA reagatta Saturday at Washington Sailing Marina. Skippers' Meetoing 11 am.

The water is clear and clean and the sailing will be great.
